Well, at long last I have all the colts on. Don't have all the pictures on but will get them on in a few days. We've got some really nice barrel prospects and arena prospects this year. We are really happy with Guys Gold Coins babies. They really have speed and great movement. We bred for later colts this year due to our weather here during March and April. We still didn't have great weather in May, but lots of colts. We sold Flossy to a barrel racer in Texas. We sure miss her. She is so kind and gentle and loves people. Doc said she would have never left here if he had been 50 instread of almost 70. Everybody loves that mare. Looks like Black Valentine will be going to California. She is a big beautiful mare. He plans to rope on her.
We sold our older stud, Shambo Sam. Shed some tears, but we don't need three studs and we really like First Down Frenchman that we bought last year. He is two, and really smart. We trained him to the phantom and used him for breeding this year as Guys Gold Coin in running in some futurities.

We have almost all of the buildings repaired from the storm last July. The steel roofs, north sides and west sides of all eight building had to be replaced and the house had windows knocked out and they were boarded up until this spring. We were very fortunate that no ome was hurt, but it sure was scarey. We were really glad we had a basement.

Hi from the plains of NW South Dakota. Looks like spring has finally arrived. The snow has melted and the sun was out all day today. Still chilly at night. We still have five more colts to go. I put some more pictures on today. Guys Gold Coin's first colts are here and they are really, really nice. I'll keep updating the pictures every few days. Still have lots of work left to to on website.

We trained Guys Gold Coin to the phantom last year at two, broke him to ride, and had him with the barrel trainer until breeding time this spring. He'll go back to the trainer in July for the futurities. He is just the neatest horse, Very quick and very smart. And likes people.
