This big, upstanding, pretty mare is a cornerstone of our program. A daughter of the great sire Orphan Drift, she is also line-bred Hancock and Joe Reed. Chick E Wood is the dam of our young broodmare, Glitterwood, of future stallion, Cougarwood, of our high selling mare in 1997, Frenchmans Drift, and of our 1998 high selling stallion, Sugars Driftwood, now owned by Filippini Ranch of Battle Mountain, Nevada. Driftwood, Hancock and Joe Reed breeding at its best. Big, high withers, good head, breedy-looking mare that has beena good producer for us.
